JADBio is a platform for AutoML focused on biomedical tasks and on the analysis of multi-omics data. We attempt to democratize data science for life-science professionals, so that they can focus on defining novel studies and interpreting results, while our platform tackles all the issues related to the execution of machine learning analyses for knowledge discovery. With JADBio it is possible to drastically reduce the time and effort needed for combining an end-to-end machine learning pipelines, with a wealth of capabilities ranging from smart feature selection to the deployment of predictive models.
