16 experiments were selected through the First Open Call. The work on experiments started on June 1st, 2021 and will be running for a maximum of 15 months. In the past six-month period, 53 partners from 9 countries, working on experiments, have made great progress.

Experiments present the use of HPC and other state-of-the-art technologies such as AI, ML, HPDA in eleven sectors: aeronautics, energy, manufacturing, maritime, medicine, pharma, precision farming, fintech, weather forecasting, environment and business.
